TelSell Rep (Former Employee) says

"Scientific Games and Manager lies about benefits to hire and never keep the promise. They are keep changed the words about benefits and keep delay for become Permanent position. You will never become Permanent Position when you work for this company and they will keep delay it w/ all kinds of excuses and make stories. It is better to work at other company who keep the promise. The manager blame to Scientific Games and Scientific Games blame the manager for delay Permanent Employee. They are blame each other."

Sales Representative (Former Employee) says

"Salario es muy poco para la cantidad de trabajos que hay que realizar, cuando hay que trabajar los fines de semanas no te lo pagan, los incentivos se supone que los paguen trimestrales a veces pasan 6 meses y todavia no te han pagado los incentivos."

Telesales Representative (Current Employee) says

"- lazy, ineffective, unhelpful management - terrible work environment - underpaid for the demands of the position - annual raises are 1 or 2% at best - horrendous workforce morale - awful customers - limited allowed time off without penalty due to barebones workforce - company does not invest in workers"

Telesell (Former Employee) says

"The work environment is disgusting, unkept, and seldom heated. Clueless management provides little to no direction, zero appreciation, but plenty of favoritism. Workforce is mismanaged, inefficient because of bad policy and management, exploited, and overworked until they quit. Pay is insulting. I cannot stress enough how depressing, frustrating, and infuriating it is to work at this place. Stay clear, unless you hate yourself."

Manager (Former Employee) says

"Scientific Games lays off its most experienced employees and ones that have been acknowledged for achievements. It excels in losing design knowledge several people at a time."

Warehouse Clerk/Shipping & Receiving (Current Employee) says

"I started in sept 19 with excitement. I quickly learned that there are favorites and unfair treatment. I was having a conversation with the supervisor and was told that he doesn't care if people quit bc he can just make a call and have someone else in there. Most places like to hide the fact that they dont care for their employees but not this place."

Assambler 2 (Current Employee) says

"Has been stressful unfair supervisors and managers fight amongst each other on who has the upper power that is causing employees to fight amongst each other my experience at scientific game has been an awful experience"

Accounting Specialist I (Former Employee) says

"Worst company to work for horrible pay severe micromanaging and very disorganized. There is a revolving door and people do not stay everyone is pretty much new which says alot"

Accounting Specialist (Former Employee) says

"There is simply no leadership at this company, seemingly in any department. Most upper management from prior acquisitions are all trying to bide their time, collect their fat paychecks, and avoid any and all problems. One of the most tense, catty, and unprofessional work environments that I have ever been a part of."

None (Current Employee) says

"This place thinks that everyone is replaceable but yet wont fire the ones that dont do their jobs. Long hours no breaks. Management has no idea what is going on. Many people shorted money on their paycheck due to a payroll issue, which is illegal. Nobody knows when or if we are getting out backpay. All they care about is the bottom line and dont care what sacrifices we as the employees do to get them there. No room to move up internally as they prefer to hire from the outside. If I could rate 0 I would.Maybe the benifitsEverything about this place"

overnight packer (Former Employee) says

"I would be able to last a couple of months here and stack up cash but certain leads are nasty to work with. Do something about the night shift lead or best suggestion get rid of him and promote the other two working leads. They are much smarter and can speak proper English. Its a loud warehouse and whispering in my ear makes you look incompetent. Give a little power to the wrong person and they go power hungry here. That's the accurate atmosphere here, but the people you work with are quiet and well behaved they leave you alone and easy to get along with. That's the only good part about working as an overnight packer. Change management and starting pay should be more. You don't make enough here even though its 12 hours, very disappointing. I found a job that pays weekly and it pays more with no mandatory overtime. Better luck to look for a better job.can't think of anylooks run down, lead, low pay"

Service Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Scientific bought out too many companies in a short period of time leading to an environment where people were more worried about getting laid off and not learning or teaching others on the new products. My last year at this company was dreadful. I was actually happy to be laid off.PTO was goodDo not expect to have a personal life at this company"

Independent Consultant (Current Employee) says

"Horrible work environment. Since they purchased two large companies, they are in huge debt and continue to cut jobs and resources. All departments are unstaffed and middle/upper management is very weak.Never boringlong hours, poor upper management, chaotic culture"

Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee) says

"This was a bad place to work at. In the packaging department they paid at minimum wage but you have to work 12 hours a day, on your feet all day long. If you are white, they try to run you out the door. You have to be Chinese to work there.Good health insuranceShort breaks, if you are white they don't want you there."

Assistant Operator (Former Employee) says

"just a horrible place to work. pay don't waste your time. work is not hard to do. short breaks matter fact they want you to eat lunch at the press machine."

Help Desk/Computer Operator (Former Employee) says

"not a good place to work at all the staff was not friendly at allno commentno comment"

fininshing tablehand/process worker (Former Employee) says

"enjoyable place and nice people to work with.it was challenging place to work ,over the years i have seen lot of changes happenning to improve the company but was sad to see it being closed.xmas party every yearshutting the company and moving overseas"

IT Manager (Former Employee) says

"Company is always watching ever penny that goes by. They get rid of people at the drop of a hat. There really is no career advancement. Good old boys club. Would not recommend this place at all"

Corporate Security Officer Scientific Games (Former Employee) says

"Working at scientific games has been a misirable place to work. There is a very, very high turnover rate. There is always a feeling when I go to work, will I get fired today. I have seen many, hard working outstanding let go, apparently for budgetary reasons, or managers just don't like you. Scientific games is not a safe or a good place to work."

Former Employee - Marketing Coordinator says

"Stock is diving, layoffs are rampant, not a stable company for the forseeable future."
